- Every Tuesday morning, a small market of local producers sets up in the town hall square, the heart of the village.
- Every Friday, during the summer season, a night market takes over the pedestrian street of the village and part of the Avenue des Marronniers.
- In July and August, every Friday evening from 7 pm to 11 pm, the heart of Gréoux-les-Bains comes alive. It's a chance to discover a wide variety of original, locally made, handcrafted products. Open-air concerts on the Place Pauline add to the festive atmosphere.
