Our services include :

- Free access to the owners' private swimming pool under certain conditions from May 15th to September 15th.

Schedules
:- THE arrivals : from 4 p.m. until 8pm
- THE departures The apartments must be vacated. before 10am.
Reservations :
Rentals are by reservation only, subject to a deposit of 25% of the price of the stay.
The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival.
Security deposit: €200 (refunded upon departure after inventory check)
Accepted payment methods :
Credit card, check, cash, bank transfer and ANCV holiday vouchers
Cancellation conditions:
Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation (except upon presentation of a medical certificate provided at least 28 days before the scheduled arrival date).
Miscellaneous :
- Linen not provided (sheets, pillowcases, towels)
- No pets allowed
- Non-smoking apartments
- No breakfast service
Parties not allowed
The maintenance of the apartment during the stay is the responsibility of the resident.
